June Club Roast

June is quite a month, Spring transitions to Summer, we celebrate the solstice, and a wave of good vibes begins to emerge amongst friends. That inspired us to showcase one of our favorite blends by offering each component separately. Great, ready to sip on some coffee from Colombia and Ethiopia.

If you have had Rhythm and want to make a cup of it over the next 4 weeks, to ratio is 1 : 1, and do not forget to mind your ounces and grams. It may not be noticeable at the moment, but changing up a few grams here and there, especially on single brews, can greatly change your flavor profile, which is the goal. If you want to add a little bit more excitement while still having a smooth finish, add in more of the Ethiopian coffee, which is something we enjoy doing, especially if you end up doing an Auto-drip or an espresso.
